Producers are Stephen Hamel (\u201cPassengers\u201d) and Reeves through Company Films along with Gabriela Bacher of Summerstorm\/Film House Germany.<\/p>\n<p>IM Global will begin selling international markets at the Berlin Film Festival. WME represents domestic rights.<\/p>\n<p>Filming is set to start later this year. Ross, who made his directorial debut with \u201cFrank &amp; Lola,\u201d is helming from a script by Scott Smith based on a treatment by Hamel. Smith\u2019s credits include \u201cA Simple Plan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Reeves will portray an American diamond trader trying to sell blue diamonds of dubious origin to buyers in Russia.
